DrukDim is a Ukrainian company that designs and assembles applied 3D printing systems for laboratories, engineering integrations, and protective infrastructure.

DrukDim is the controller of your personal data within the meaning of GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

2. What data we collect

2.1 Data you provide voluntarily

When you submit a request through the contact form, we may collect:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • company name (optional)
  • phone number (optional)
  • your message
  • selected interest area (lab systems, engineering integration, protective infrastructure)

2.2 Automatically collected data

We use one technical cookie (announcement-*) to hide repeated announcements. This cookie contains no personal data and is purely functional.

Our site also logs anonymous events (e.g., which interest area was selected in the form) for internal analytics — without linking them to an individual.

2.3 What we do NOT collect

Messages submitted through the website are sent to DrukDim by email for manual follow-up. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties, except:

  • when required by law
  • to technical subcontractors (hosting providers) who process data solely on our instructions

7. Retention period

We retain your data only as long as needed to:

  • review and respond to your inquiry
  • maintain relevant business communication (maximum 3 years after last contact)

After this period, the data is securely deleted.

8. International data transfers

Your data is stored on servers within Europe (DrukDim’s hosting provider). If you are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), data transfers are governed by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
